From Sept. to June, we will offer a variety of classes taught by a variety of different teachers from our parish. This will be an excellent opportunity for us to grow closer as a community as we share our talents, experiences and personal testimony with one another. Classes will focus on scripture, personal experience and Church tradition. There will be two or three classes lasting five or six weeks at a time. These classes will be grouped into a session. There will be four sessions throughout the year. Between sessions there will be two Sundays without classes. One Sunday will be a parish potluck and the other a service project. In addition to the innovative format outlined above, we will continue to offer the traditional Sunday School classes for our younger children.
All classes will be led by a consistent team of wonderful teachers throughout the year. We welcome several new teachers to our staff this year who are eager to work with the special children of our Holy Apostles family. Six weeks at a time. These classes will be grouped into a session. We are blessed at Holy Apostles having a vibrant group of kids actively involved in our parish life. With over 70 kids in our small but growing parish, there are classes, activities, retreats and opportunities for service and fellowship for our Orthodox Christian Youth. Please contact Maria & Mark Burke 425 392-0917 if you would like more information about Youth Activities and our OASIS program Jesus said "Let the children come to me!" We, at Holy Apostles believe it is our responsibility to bring our kids to Christ. Let us provide for them the best possible Orthodox Christian fellowship opportunities.
"Expect the best and make it happen!"
