Stating our Mission
One of our first steps in creating a strategic plan is to clearly articulate our parish's mission, vision and values (see the Status Chart). The Parish Council took previous statements and incorporated a vision for expansion. These slides were presented to the parish as signposts for where we are heading.

Presentation by Steve Tibbs
Steve Tibbs is the Parish Development Director for our metropolis. In this presentation Steve explains the importance of a strategic plan to a growing parish. He indicates the steps we need to take to successfully make a new strategic plan for our parish and describes the importance of full participation of the community in order to preserve our values and culture.
