Pres. Pat Tsagalakis

Presvytera

Presbytera Pat Tsagalakis lights up Holy Apostles with her tireless, joyful heart. She's known for her willingness to live out the command of Psalm 100: "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord!" A native of Missoula, Montana and graduate of the University of Michigan's School of Music, Theater and Dance, Pres. Pat has over 25 years of experience as a music educator. She served as Holy Apostle's chant stand director for decades.

Her ministry extends beyond the parish walls through her role as Assistant Director for the Family Wellness Center of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese Metropolis of San Francisco. In this role, she coordinates media and communication while supporting families throughout the Orthodox community. Together with Father Tom, she serves as a frequent guest speaker and retreat leader at marriage and family seminars as well as young adult conferences throughout the country. She serves in leadership at Camp Agape Northwest, an outreach ministry serving children with cancer and their families.

Pres. Pat's camera is nearly as omnipresent as her smile, as she lovingly documents every parish event, celebration, and milestone, creating a visual history of the Holy Apostles family that preserves precious memories for generations. Whether she's at the chant stand, capturing the perfect photo of a baptism, or welcoming newcomers with her warm embrace, Presbytera Pat embodies the love and joy that makes Holy Apostles feel like home.
