Eight Dates is designed by the Metropolis of San Francisco's Family Wellness Ministry and Office of Youth & Young Adult Ministries to engage couples in essential conversations. These online sessions are perfect for couples at any stage—newly married, long-time married, engaged, or seriously dating. They combine a Christ-centered approach with research based strategies to enhance connection, communication and conflict management skills for couples. Over 800 couples from throughout the country have already benefited from our Eight Dates program!
